Toxic Gases

TRBV exclusive technology is applied to cylinders and valves to ensure stability of toxic and reactive product concentration.
Toxic gases are harmful to workers. So, from a human health point of view these are very important to measure.
Toxic Gas Measurement Issues
Characteristic toxic gas-related issues are as follows:
•Human health hazard: Worker exposure must be monitored.
•Measured in the parts per million (ppm) range.
•Toxic gas monitors are required to alert workers before the gas reaches a harmful concentration.
•Many toxic gas monitors can calculate the average exposure over time.
•Monitoring instrument types could be infrared, electrochemical, solid state, and photoionization types.
Toxic Gas Atmosphere
A toxic gas can cause damage to living tissue, the central nervous system, severe illness, or even death. Some toxic gases are not visible, cannot be smelled, and/or they may not have an immediate effect but can be the cause of death. So, without sensing using instruments, it may not be wise to rely on human sensing alone. Life threats are a time-based exposure, so their measuring ranges are time-weighted average, threshold limit value, etc., as defined in Chapter VII and not repeated here.
